Growing up, Nana used to come over every Tuesday evening to see my sister and me off the school bus. My parents would be home around dinner time, and she would have a big meal heading for the table as soon as mom and dad walked in the door. Chicken and biscuits were a staple in the Tuesday night rotation. This meal is the definition of comfort food for me, and I'm excited to share it with you!

Growing up in Pennsylvania, my mom would traditionally make pineapple upside down cake on cold winter evenings.
