Return & Exchange Policy

Lancaster Cast Iron believes in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If within 45 days of delivery you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund of its value.

Return Policy:

Returns must be unused and issued within 45 days of delivery to be acceptable for a refund. All sales are final after 45 days. 

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the cost of shipping. We are unable to provide free return labels on returned items.

Please note that all sales are final on factory second sales.

Exchange Policy:

We understand—sometimes plans change. If you’d like to exchange an item, we’re happy to help.

To begin, please let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange. We will provide a complimentary return shipping label. Once we receive your unused item in its original condition, we will process the exchange.

If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, any remaining balance will be refunded once the returned item is received. If the replacement item is of greater value, we will issue an invoice for the balance at that time. Once payment is received, your new item will be shipped.

Gift Exchange:

We’re honored that our products were chosen as a gift. If you received a Lancaster Cast Iron item and would like to exchange it, we’re happy to help.

To initiate a gift exchange, please contact us at returns@lancastercastiron.com. When reaching out, include your order number and the name and/or email address of the person who sent the gift, if available. This information helps us locate the original order more quickly.

Once the exchange is approved, we’ll provide the next steps, including return instructions. All items must be new, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for exchange. If the replacement item differs in value, we’ll coordinate any balance due or refund at the time the exchange is processed.

Lancaster Cast Iron products are crafted to bring you and your family use for generations to come. That being said, if you were sent a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will issue a free return label and replace your product.
