Return & Exchange Policy

Lancaster Cast Iron believes in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If within 45 days of delivery you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund of its value.

Return Policy:

Returns must be unused and issued within 45 days of delivery to be acceptable for a refund. All sales are final after 45 days. 

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the cost of shipping. We are unable to provide free return labels on returned items.

Please note that all sales are final on factory second sales.

Exchange Policy:

We get it; these things happen. If you’ve changed your mind and would like to exchange your product, we’ll take care of you.

You will receive a  free return label plus the full value of the products being exchanged via a Lancaster Cast Iron gift card.

 Once we have received your new, unused product you will be issued a gift card to lancastercastiron.com. You will be able to place the order for your replacement at your own convenience.

Gift Exchange:

Gift exchanges will be provided free return labels plus the full refund of products being exchanged via a Lancaster Cast Iron gift card.

Lancaster Cast Iron products are crafted to bring you and your family use for generations to come. That being said, if you were sent a defective, damaged, or incorrect item we will issue a free return label and replace your product.
