How our Dessert Spatulas are Made
Made at our wood workshop in Lancaster, PA by Amish craftsmen, our mini wooden spatula is an ideal tool for serving brownies, baking cookies, and dishing out a variety of other desserts including lemon bars, Rice Krispie treats, and cobblers. The small spatula has an ergonomically designed handle that is slightly angled to be able to easily get underneath any baked good. Lancaster Cast Iron wooden spoons and kitchen utensils are made from locally sourced black cherry trees. Each mini spatula has been hand sanded to have a silky smooth finish. We use high-quality food-grade mineral oil on all of our products.
