Using your pasta spoon
Italian cooks have been perfecting the way that we eat pasta since the middle ages. Since Francesco Leonardi gave us the first written record of noodles with tomato sauce in 1790, the love for spaghetti, linguini, and capellini has spread throughout the world.
Our pasta server is designed to easily serve approximately one serving of your favorite long pasta.
How to care for your pasta server
Lancaster Cast Iron spoons are oiled with food-grade mineral oil to preserve them for a lifetime of use in your kitchen. After each use, hand wash with warm soapy water and towel dry your wooden serving spoon. Periodically maintain with food-grade oil or cutting board wax to keep the wood from drying out.
